After graduating Law School, Stephanie undertook her legal placement in Melbourne, Australia, where she practiced Corporate Law. She was subsequently admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Victoria. Upon her return to Canada, Stephanie completed her articles at an In-House Corporate Immigration Law Firm and was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2018. Stephanie later moved her practice into the private sector focusing on Litigation and advocating for clients in Criminal, Civil, and Family court. From February 2021 and onward, her practice has primarily focused on Family Law, with some work in Wills & Estates and Real Estate Law.
Stephanie joined Douglas Law Firm August 2021, and thoroughly enjoys the positive work culture and melting pot of individuals who make Douglas Law Firm what it is. Stephanie is a member of Simcoe County Law Association, Canadian Hispanic Bar Association, and the York Region Law Association. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, watching and playing soccer, and spending time with her family. Stephanie is fluent in English and Spanish and can serve clients diligently in both languages.
